I was wondering if Washington is so liberal that DUI doesn't automatically mean jail time.
I guess it will require a few more death to make it so.
DUI is still leading cause of deaths, and yet they seek to go after the relatively few gun deaths. Because guns are scary? Nothing is scarier than having a two ton vehicle with its driver two sheets to the wind barreling down the road toward you.
