Since the pac 12 came into existence 10 years ago, only four teams have won the entire conference: UW, Oregon, Stanford, and USC. Outside of those four no one else has won their division multiple times outside of Utah. So it is not fair to say they haven’t done much, particularly since this board insists it’s the “P10.2,” and that Utah was an after thought with no competitive advantage, commuter school that should be on par with oregon state and WSU. Given this, winning the south twice out of ten times ain’t bad.
