3 of those four misses were close quarters and what could be considered hand-fighting between the DB and the WR. With no clear separation, some of that will be missed.

The no call grab on Puka on the deep ball was different. Puka clearly had a step on the DB and he grabbed up near the name of the jersey and held for at least a second. Yes, the ref had a bad angle, but that could have been seen by both line judges as well. It was pretty blatant and should have been called. A 15 yard penalty is a slap on the wrist at that point.
