My wife and I are going next week to Maui. From what I can see we still can get in with just being vaccinated and don't need a negative COVID test.

I know the governor told people not to come, but I don't see anything actually restricting people from coming. It looks like starting Sep 15 we'll need vaccine passport for indoor dining and most other indoor activities. Are there many restrictions outside and on the beaches?
