Uh, there are a lot. I lived in Utah for 20 yrs.
I like Utah. I'd move back too. But the culture there is heavily divided along political and religious lines. Sports/college allegiances encapsulate all of these and more. If you live in Logan, you meet some great people with an unhealthy hatred for BYU. This applies to Salt Lake as well. The irony is you meet many of them at church.

Utah absolutely has a strange subculture intertwined with religious cliques and subcliques that do not exist anywhere else in our country.
