Ya'll need to learn to tell the right way.
I yell like crazy and get a little horse but not bad and better by Monday. Breathe deeper before you yell and let it our from your diaphragm not all up in your throat area.
Think blowing a balloon or playing a musical instrument and less screaming like a little girl. 😄
