Most people on CB seem incredulous that people aren't jumping at these jobs.
Yet obviously the combination of wage and terrible work conditions is not enticing enough. At some point equilibrium will be found between offered wages and what employer can afford to pay. I don't see a labor shortage as being bad for workers, however.
