That's an interesting question for anyone in the middle class. As noted above for younger guys early on it's probably a
no brainer. For someone 15 years into their career, it might be a no. But when added to your base pay even for just the one shift, you're talking a couple of extra grand per month. that's a phenomenal vacation every year and money left over to build retirement.
