There are common migraine triggers. For me, it is stress, not enough sleep,
And processed meats (salami, pepperoni, etc). Sleep is a big deal and undervalued by a lot of people (not saying you or your husband are in that group). If he is not getting 7-8 hours every night, start there. This is not something that needs to be a chronic problem in all circumstances.
