The missing position coaches are causing a lot of problems for recruiting. It may wind up being a dead cycle. At one point it looked like they were going to have 6 or 7 4-stars before the season started, but they've had a bunch of commitments back out or people they were heavily favored for go elsewhere.
With a big season and no background noise, they seemed on schedule for a top 15 type class at one point. Now they're almost dead in the water in terms of momentum. They need to win their way out of it.
