Us too.. the whole WFH, work/life balance, offices with ping pong and ice cream
Sandwiches has allowed the workplace to evolve..
Medicine never adapted to try in making it a reasonable work environment. Admin in suits just make it worse every year.
Then throw in covid and a good job market elsewhere and it’s the perfect storm to blow things up.
….. Others at our place are just quitting to work as travelers who then sign up for shifts at our same hospital at 50% pay bumps.
