And down to my arm. My hardest workout days is actually arms. My right side biceps and triceps kill when I try to work them out and sometimes my chest days. Would anyone have any idea what this is? I’ve been going through the pain for about 18 months. All a sudden it started to kill during a basketball game and I have no idea how I hurt it.
Who would I even go to see to help with a problem like this? I’ve tried a chiropractor and that didn’t do anything. Should I try a physical therapy center or Orthopaedics? I’ve tried giving rest to it up to a month and still in pain when working out.
