It is, unfortunately, part of the contract that one game be on ESPN+ via

Big XII Now. One football game per season is broadcast each season. Any basketball games not distributed over ESPN's traditional networks as well as olympic sports are streamed on ESPN+.

Why this game was selected is beyond anyone in Cowboy country. This really upsets us because very few will watch it.
