Remember Bronco's "total disruption" mantra when he first came here as DC?
Strangely, within just a couple of years, he had dropped that completely and was doing the same thing every sustainably successful D coordinator at BYU has ever done - take away the big play and focus on PPG. He didn't start getting more aggressive again until we had Ziggy and Van Noy.
I think fans tend to overrate our defensive personnel. We sometimes have enough athletes to run really aggressive, disruptive schemes. But not often.
