He is great. If he could learn to keep the ball out of the end zone on long (or short) punts he would be a game changer

Consider a punter who can put the ball on the one yard line, inbounds or out of bounds, instead of a touch-back

You have a point. But I still favor a kicker who can put it near the goal line. Punt returners tend to be less effective
