Corn Pop Intervention Needed
After reading about how awful the Clemson offense has started this season.
I went down the rabbit hole to see if any of their ACC opponents stand a chance.

So, we like to give SEC teams grief for their easy OOC scheduling, but the ACC is no better.

Is NCST any good? Who knows. They challenged themselves with USF, Furman, LaTech and MissSt. Ok, they at least schedule an SEC school. And lost. But they creamed USF and Furman!

Boston College has taken on the mighty gauntlet of Colgate, UMass, and Temple so far. 3-0 baby!

Syracuse determined their challenging OOC game would be the mighty knights of Rutgers. They lost. But hey, they beat Ohio and Albany!

Pitt went to Tennessee and won. I can respect that. Then they lost to WMU. By the way, did you know New Hampshire has a football team?

FSU has a respectable OOC schedule of ND and Florida. Too bad they lost to a team abbreviated as JVST.

I can respect Louisville taking on Ole Miss and UCF in addition to their rivalry with Kentucky. Louisville is doing OOC right. They also look like Clemson’s toughest test.

WF went the unusual route of scheduling one of their conference opponents “OOC” this season. That would be UNC. So Wake’s tough OOC test is a conference mate.

I guess if GT can give Clemson a run just about anybody can, but man. The ACC needs to up their game. Crazy that Clemson will get to remain a top 10 team so long as they manage to get by a slate of cupcakes.
