world of MLMs but watching it through I found it pretty typical of the vast majority of them. Not much extraordinary honestly. The MLM expert on it was the most spot on when he talked about it never really dying and this being normal for this type of business. Also, while there are definitely many people these MLMs prey on, I'm pretty jaded and don't think that enough of the top producers take near enough blame for their part in all of it. Very few actually get out before they are almost forced to because of compensation reasons. When the money is rolling in suddenly their conscience isn't so astute. So yeh, while the heads of the orgs are definitely the biggest issue, they wouldn't survive and thrive without that second layer that gets away by calling themselves whistleblowers and victims. It's a common tale, and they were along for the ride until it didn't benefit them anymore.
