Without knowing the reason(s) for Pili's redshirt year, his first year, it would
be hard to determine whether it qualified as a missed season due to "circumstances beyond his control", one of the qualifying requirements for another year of eligibility to be granted. It could not be a 50/50 situation without knowing the first redshirt year reason(s). Right now I'm guessing it's probably a 5/95 situation, or less, assuming his first redshirt was for pre-mission development.
