it is worse since Covid started (we aren't post-Covid yet).. and to be fair
passengers are also less respectful, kind and considerate in general.
Flight has been particularly difficult because the airlines have all cut gate agents and hosts - leaving the remaining agents with double the work load. Add that to enforcing masks, sanitizing, removal of food purchases, removal of alcohol sales combined with highly frustrated travelers and it's a powder keg.
