Because when Brewer can’t be touched in practice settings, he’s great. Rising
showed he’s a better in game QB. It’s as simple as that.
I think Brewer used to be a gamer, but after having several concussions, he has a “deer in the headlights” look when he’s facing any pressure. It took him playing in real games to find that out, however.
