Nope. I got absolutely nothing. There is no reason to worry about this game. Could we blow it? Yeah, I suppose it's possible. Crazier things have happened. Give up a huge play on O. Allow a pick/fumble six on D. Go AWOL on punt/kickoff coverage. Sure.

But you can't rely on big plays consistently and win games on the road, after midnight eastern, at elevation, with not a single Pac 12 ref in sight, against a good D (which will go full bend-but-don't break after the first big play allowed).

Their O hasn't exactly been world beaters, or anything close to consistent either. I'm not discounting their W against Florida A&M b/c, as far as FCS goes, that's a solid program. However, they got blanked at NC State, even winning the time of possession battle...which every Tuiaki hater on Cougarboard knows is the key to winning games.

Their D is giving up over 500 yards and 34 points per game. Yes, our O hasn't been great but we played some decent, maybe even good, defenses. I'll be shocked if we don't score 38+ and go for 450+ regardless of who is at QB. We will maul them in the trenches and rack up yards on the ground, which will open up the TEs in the passing game. The WRs will find themselves in a lot of 1-on-1 situations, which isn't normally a recipe for success for our O, but Romney and the Nacua's can actually win those.

This is the game we see what the offense can be when it's firing on all cylinders. I'm expecting a big game from at least one RB, one TE, and one WR. I expect some big plays. I expect some yards. I expect some points. This is the game that gives us the momentum to cruise to 6-0 heading to Waco on October 16th for a good, old-fashioned Big XII shootout.
