it's a bummer for people who shouldn't get vaccinated, but life is unfair
My wife has a friend whose doctor has recommended against it for her. She's riddled with health problems including an autoimmune disorder. It may be safe, but the doctor has told her to pass on it for now.
Since she chooses to not go against her doctor's recommendation, she understands she'll potentially need to be tested frequently. She's unhappy about it, but sometimes life just sucks.
