Everything is tiny except for action that happens on the far end of the field, which is miniscule. On goal line stands, you can't discern a difference whether a player scored a touchdown or got tackled at the three. People don't bother to wait for the end of the quarter or halftime for their bathroom breaks. They just squeeze it in while the action is approaching the far end zone.
If you filled in the corners, the total gate revenue from those extra seats would probably be less than 5% of gate revenue the rest of the stadium, even for a sellout.
