BYU vs. Baylor on College Gameday?
If, and it's a big IF, both Baylor and BYU are undefeated heading into that game, I've got to imagine it would be the College Gameday game on October 16th at Baylor.

BYU has to get past USU and Boise State to be 6-0 heading into that game. Not super easy.

Baylor has to get past Oklahoma State (#19) and West Virginia to be 6-0 heading into that game. Tough to pull off.

BYU is already ranked #13 and Baylor is ranked #21. Cincinnati (#7) and Notre Dame (#9) play each other next week. Ole Miss (#12) plays Bama (#1) next week. And Arkansas (#8) plays Georgia (#2) next week.

The following week, Texas A&M (#15) and Bama (#1) play each other, as do Arkansas (#8) and Ole Miss (#12), though they're both likely to be lower after playing Alabama and Georgia the week before. Man, the SEC is brutal. Penn State (#4) and Iowa (#5) also play each other that week.

The week of October 16th, IF (again, huge IF) BYU and Baylor both were undefeated, there's a good chance BYU would be ranked about 8-12 or so and Baylor would be ranked about 12-16 or so. There aren't that many intriguing matchups that week... there's Arkansas vs. Auburn, but Arkansas will likely have 1-2 losses by then and Auburn already has one and will probably pick up another by then. Oklahoma State vs. Texas could be interesting, I guess, if Texas beats Oklahoma next week and Oklahoma State beats Baylor. But if Oklahoma State beats Baylor, this whole fantasy probably falls apart anyway.

Well, there you go--wasted a bit of time laying this all out. Pretty low probability it materializes, but it would be really fun if it did. It would be a huge game for our CFP chances. It's always a fun season when you can start to dream a little...
