Players. I watched that whole game thinking: I’m so glad we have Hall/Romney and Allgeier/Katoa. Those two QBs would have been the best QBs on the field. ND’s RB has a slight edge on Allgeier in my mind. Our WRs are as good or better than those teams.

Every team has issues. No team is complete in all facets, especially once injuries start piling up. I watched that game between two ranked members of the ‘haves’ group and don’t think we would have any problems being competitive against either of those two teams. We are even better in some facets than those two. And ND is currently in the top 10 and has many years of consecutive top 10 recruiting classes too.
