Agree with this. Unless there’s a reason to buy ahead, I usually wait until day of and even the afternoon of the game

Except with many tickets now going digital it makes it a little more difficult to get tickets transferred day of event.

Isn’t it just the opposite? Transfer can happen instantly without sending physical tix.
