I think that is going to eventually win them the capability to deal with their debt better.

We're going to mint a $1Trillion coin to fix our problems.... They are going build oil/gas pipelines from the new petroleum fields to bring them cheaper energy.

They are developing new ports and trading partners ... we are fighting internally about who is mean.

They are making an alternative to the Panama canal for giant ships to and from their ports ... we're trying to claim that paying for someone babysitter is infrastructure.

They are systematically exporting people from China into every country, so that chinese influence increases, and chinese-leaning voters become a larger and larger block .... we can't quite figure out how to stop the inflow of people into the US across our southern boarder.
