No. In order to trademark something you have to show ongoing use of the mark for specific, named activities. I have a
a number of logos, names, slogans, etc trademarked. In order to get the mark I have to show actual valid use of it - and after five years I have to send in an affidavit of ongoing use to not lose the mark (registration is 10 years, but at five you have to prove it's continued use)
