I am not entirely sure that ball was thrown to him
There were two receivers in the area, which means
1) Either it was pretty poorly designed play (unlikely)
2) One of the receivers ran the wrong route (maybe)
3) Shakir saw where the ball was going (it looked like it might have been thrown up the sideline) and just went and made a play.
Regardless it was a heck of play and a backbreaker.
