He still tried to rationalize it... just call the spade a spade... our 3rd down defense sucks...

I'm tired of the mentality that we have to try and find the positive spin on things... no it sucks. The only way it gets better and improves is to recognize that it sucks.... stop providing the justification of some positive spin for the sake of trying to be positive. That's what bothered me about Nelson's comment.
