Oddly, I concede, what I want to know most is, could the costumes for the men be more creative than the hackneyed top hat or bowler and jacket and tails with cravat/ascot.

Would it look ridiculously out of place for one of the men in the group to be a military officer on leave? I was thinking an "understated" military jacket and pith helmet?



Or potentially a Scottish Highland Light Infantry uniform and cap?
