Where in Utah can you get good cheese that isn't ridiculously expensive?

Is there anywhere to get something like Dutch or French cheeses? Why can't we make cheese like they do ... is there something different in our milk quality here or something?

Fine artisan cheese is never going to be inexpensive. In NYC, off the shelf cheese is expensive.
