True, but it's surprising how good just run of the mill cheese is in Europe
and here in America good cheese is so expensive. Not just artisan cheese, but just good cheese.
I guess what I'm asking for is where to get cheese in the U.S. that isn't expensive artisan cheese, but just better basic cheese for sandwiches.
