Easiest pathway imo is PA/NP.. To get to 200k you have to hustle but it can be
done
But you can comfortably be making 6 figures by age 24.
Specifically I would do NP Behavior health. Do all virtual visits. no overhead. Ton of business out there.
Down side is your peak income isn't as high as other pathways (med school) unless you risk building your own practice and employing others, but its an easy market to dominate because many docs/NPs suck.
