Buy a stripped lower, then a lower build kit. Once you have these two things
you can find LOADS of videos on YT on how to assemble them. Once they're assembled you can buy whatever upper you want to mate up to them.
*You'll have to have the lower sent to an FFL/gun store because that's the part with the serial number on it.
