None of these outdoor activities are "Utah centric"... they're done everywhere. And stores selling gear for those activities are everywhere.

I can go to Japan and buy gear for those outdoor activities, and do those things there, in Japan. I hiked Mt. Fuji and bought some hiking gear there. Go to YouTube and search for 100 famous mountains in Japan.

I drove the Autobahn in Germany and the roads on the weekend were crowded with tons of cars towing camping trailers.

I just don't get your comment. Outdoor activities include things done in Utah but they aren't Utah centric. Everyone does them.
