Xfinity internet, arris modem, arris router.

Last Sunday EVERYTHING (wired and wireless) to router stopped working.

Plug computer directly into modem=internet works great.

Plug modem into wireless router, plug computer into router =no hard internet. (Multiple cables tried…all fine direct modem to computer)

(This means the problem is the router to me)

To add to the mystery, if I restart the router and plug things in the recommended way, half of the house devices will connect (a different half every time).

But, one by one they will all eventually drop over the next 8-12 hours.

No rhyme or reason. Sometimes the smart lock will connect then drop, sometimes one camera and another won’t. I can’t see any pattern.

Just end of days stuff? I’ve already ordered a new modem/router…but it just bothers me that it suddenly started happening.
