New breakfast go to that I’m really starting to enjoy…
I really don’t get all that hungry in the morning so this totally hits the spot… although I do get hungry around11

I make a protein shake and then on the side the combination of a fresh banana and some cashews are an amazing pair…. I think it’s because they’re shaped the same…


This is going way better than my usual oatmeal or cereal

I have dropped 20 lbs in 2 months but that is probably due to ^ activity and v in food after 8
