She is awesome and even does pick-up/drop-off for the elementary school-aged kids who attend her daycare for after school care and/or half-day kindergarten. She is also very flexible on days when I need to have the boys stay an extra hour or whatever.

We usually do a decent something for Christmas for her and her employees, but I am probably going to quadruple it this year. I didn't realize how nice of a deal we are getting.
