Drug resistant gonorrhea has become a real problem. Could be a latent infection
I’m guessing they id’ed the culprit and would have said (ie staph, strep, E. coli etc) if it wasn’t an embarrassing social disease. I think most guys from his era in the South deal with this from my BYU microbiology classes.
Poor Hilary, she’ll have to be treated as well.
