and do you just do it like a chef where you just know how much of everything to add, or do you know how much butter, salt, and kernels to use?

I have heard Clarified Butter is the way to go to pop the corn

If you want real butter, it has to be clarified. If you just melt butter, there is water in it still and that shrivels

I don't. You put it on the unpopped kernels. That is why it works so great. The fine nature of the salt actually sticks

Just walmart brand. Sure you could upgrade to something more expensive but the reality is that you won't see
