In short, my brother-in-law texted me saying that my mother-in-law was looking for a place to watch the game. I responded with “I hope it’s not at our place“. Unknowingly to me, she saw the text because he left his phone on the counter.
Let me just say, I love my mother-in-law, but when she comes over that means all the other grandkids come over and it’s craziness. I just wanted to watch the game without all the craziness.
She doesn’t know that I know that she knows. I found out because my mother-in-law told my sister-in-law, who told my other sister-in-law, who then told my wife, who then told me.
Do I just let it go and not say anything, or should I address it?
