Really depends on how much the employer wants to fight. I had a
fellow Church member (COJCOLDS) who got a religious exemption so she didn’t have to work a rotational Sunday shift that came up about twice a year.
Pre-Covid it seemed mist employers just made the accommodation if they could rather than litigate.

I'll say this again. A religious exemption can be personal and does not have to be tied to any one specific religion
