Just another quick reminder on this. If you've been procrastinating, don't miss out locking things in while this money is so incredibly cheap to borrow! Your mortgage person should be able to lock you in with $0 fees, if wanted (slightly higher rate than you'd otherwise get if you were to pay the standard fees). Incredible time to cash out with dirt cheap money to pay off other debts, invest elsewhere, reduce your rate/term, etc.
