all holidays should be moved to Fridays that is all
No more midweek Holidays every Holiday shall be moved to the next Friday in the same month with the exception of New years that holiday is what it is.
The 4th of July you never really need the 4th off what you need is the 5th because you had to be out late waiting for it to get dark enough to shoot fireworks, later and later the further north you live.
But just do it on the Friday of that week... no more Monday holidays Fridays only.
