Sure was nice when Bronco's teams never had injuries...
What I wouldn't give for that legendary Bronco depth...
Injuries happen to everyone. 6 years in, depth is a coaching issue.
There are certainly benefits to different approaches, but I always appreciated the way that Bronco got maximum effort out of the players on his roster. I hope that Sitake (who seems to be well-liked by the players) can find ways to do the same.
