The only things I would say are 1) BYU isn't "for everyone". Not even saying
"maybe he can't live the HC" (but if he can't, then don't come) but BYU is unique in ways some.people like, some people can handle and some people couldn't handle.
2) I suppose there could be some allure to playing in the locations of the Pac12 compared to the locations of the Big12. Yes, Big12 is definitely a better conference but maybe he has family out west that he's like to be able to come regularly?
I agree with everything else, though.
