OK all you West Coasters here is a RE projection:
RE prices on the West Coast will surge more than 25% as Chinese citizens try to get their money out of China any way possible.
If you are going to sell advertise that you will take cash or Bitcoin. I suspect with the coming economic mess in China they will be happy to get 50% of their money out
Selling via Bitcoin might make some people very very rich if they don’t need the cash
