Yes, the fielders love watching routine fly balls become doubles just because.
It’d be like playing basketball on a court where one side has a wall just outside the paint. Sorry, that was all the space we had.
Or a football field missing a third of an end zone on one end. So long as you play it that way for a hundred years it becomes classic and historic. People lose the guts to call it what it really is: a crappy partial field.
