One of my favorite parts of the acquisition was the press release that the

acquiring company put out. They stated that Xant was at one time valued at $1.5B. And the release didn't include the acquisition amount, but knowing it was <1% of that, it was like they purposely told the world "look at us, buying this company literally for pennies on the dollar."
